Delete your account

Plimmery is operated by Arkira Ventures MB. You can delete your account and all of your child's data at any time — there are two ways, below. Whichever you choose, the same thing is removed.

If you're signed in (fastest)

  1. Open Plimmery and go to the Parent area.
  2. Open the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm. Your account and your child's data are erased straight away.

If you've uninstalled or can't sign in

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

plimmeryapp@gmail.com

Use the subject Delete my account. So we can act on it safely, please email from the address you use to sign in.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in (your email/login).
  • Every child profile you created.
  • All learning progress — lessons completed, scores, streaks, and preferences.
  • Your subscription records, if any. (Cancel a subscription before deleting if you don't want it to renew.)

The one thing we must keep

The law that protects children online requires us to keep proof that a parent gave permission before we collected a child's data. So we retain a single parental-consent record — the date, the policy version, and that consent was given. It is kept on its own, separated from your deleted account, and is used only to show consent was obtained. Beyond that, the only other thing that can remain is a technical crash-log entry, which is unlinked from your account the moment you delete it and is erased automatically within 90 days. Nothing else about you or your child remains.
